Light system LS1 is equipped with 24 sources of pulsating red light which is used by the checks detection on inspection machines for the quality control of glass containers.

System uses the LED light sources which emit the red light and may be good alternative for systems with halogenous lamps, motors and glass fibers or systems with laser, infrared or other light sources.

Frequencies of the light are 5 kHz and 7.5 kHz.
Self-diagnostics built in - LS1 stops the inspection machine
in case of damage of cable or by other failures.

• Control box
• Light emitter cables with optics f=60mm (length 1.8m - 16 pcs.)
• Light emitter cables for bottom checks without optics (8 pcs.)
• Security cable for connection with inspection machine

Compatible with C0 and M1 machines (PCI, INFO, TTL, GOLOG).
